The user can cancel their “Pro” subscription at any time from their personal account settings. After cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current paid month.
Since MardRisk AI provides digital services, payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where a technical error has occurred (for example, the amount was charged twice from the card for the same month). In case of a technical error, the user should contact support at mardrisk@gmail.com, and the amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
